Weekend Morning ETC Group Road Rides
We are doing our rides a little different this year. They will be lead by different leaders and have different locations. Keep checking the Facebook and/or the Google Calendar for all the details. The rides will also go even if its raining.
They are No-Drop Rides, so all skill levels are welcome.
Wednesday Evening ETC ‘HILLS’ Night
Join us some Wednesday evenings in the Summer months for Hill workouts!
Meet at 6:00 pm ready to ride, in the Muttart Conservatory parking lot. If you are late just join us on the hill.
Be sure to check the ETC Facebook page Wednesday afternoons for updates regarding change of location, and cancellation notices in the event of bad weather. Non-Members are welcome to come out and “tri” a Hill training session, but you MUST sign a waiver form. The first hills ride is free. 🙂

ETC is not hosting spin this year but would like to tell you about a great spin training opportunity.
